It's the same concept as Launchy. I also use Vimperator and f'ing love it. ViEmu is decent, but I find that it steps on many of the default keybindings in Visual Studio. A quick Google search for "vi eclipse" reveals many, but this <a href="http://satokar.com/viplugin/" rel="nofollow">vi plugin for Eclipse</a>.
