I just got off the phone after a 10 minute long conversation with a foreigner about my company and registering my new copy of Quickbooks 2009. The first problem I have is that I entered all the information the guy asked me into Quickbooks before it told me to call the 800 number to register. Then, when I called I was solicited for a bunch of services I did not want from Intuit. Finally, the CSR asked me all the same questions I had just answered and then put me on hold for over 3 minutes while he received my validation code. Then he got my validation code wrong twice and had to have me repeat my license and product number. I finally told him to repeat the numbers back to me after each set (xxxx-xxxx…) and he finally gave me the right validation code. What a mess!
